Mangesh has been handling an exclusive Corporate Manpower Consultant portfolio for last 22 years dynamically through “Headstart Manpower consultant Company as their “Sr.Manager”. He has been instrumental in setting up processes and systems in data management, quick screenings, and fast deliverables since year 2000. This inspired him to start his own establishment “Infitech Human Resources service Pvt. Ltd.” known by its brand name “HR FORCE” In the year 2023. He possesses a vision in making quick and strong decisions to bridge the gap with accurate profiles and deliver manpower by planning and providing perfect staffing solutions. He has provided manpower solutions in about 4000 small and major industries/companies at PAN India level and overseas also.

Ms. Sujata Awade graduated from Nagpur University with professional and strong information technology background. An experienced Quality Consultant, Skilled in Customer Relationship (CRM), Mobile Application, Logistics and Team Management. Loves to build and manage teams that delivers exceptional results by providing technical directions that helps to solve related problems. Also likes to work in align with the corporate strategy and goals for customer success. Has rich experience of working with Informetric Info Solutions Pvt Ltd as Director ,President WICCI Maharashtra IT Service Council, Business Development Manager with Companies in India and abroad.

Ms. Sonali Rangari has over 12 years of experience in human resources (HR) management, contributing to recruitment and talent management across various industries including Pharmaceuticals and IT. Ensure leveraging of tool and its reporting capabilities to drive hiring process compliance in line with groups best practices Leverage multiple sources of talent to develop external slate of talents for critical roles.
