Responsible for stakeholder management with VPs & amp Global BU Heads , Work HR Leaders and Business stakeholders to identify talent pool and meet the growing talent demands of each business unit within the organization. Manage time bound acquisition of talent (both external and internal) to ensure availability of adequate resources for the business. Ensure leveraging of tool and its reporting capabilities to drive hiring process compliance in line with groups best practices Leverage multiple sources of talent to develop external slate of talents for critical roles.
